I had a good time reading this book. The narrator was consistent and had interesting internal dialogue. I thought that the way the author dealt with the narrator's grief after losing her lover was well thought out. The love story that the rest of the novel follows grew organically out of the premise. The characters felt real. I don't know much about bikers, but it felt real--like the narrator was finding a new family.All in all, an interesting story. I would definitely purchase books by this author again.

I was fortunate enough to be able to read this book before it was published, as I assisted with proofing. The genre isn't one I'm all that familiar with, but I have to say that I enjoyed reading this story. It's happy, sad, joyful, heartbreaking and hopeful all at the same time. A tale of love and friendship, sacrifice and renewal.
Definitely not for kids, but for us grown ups it is a really really good read. This writer will, I believe, do big things before she is through.
